Chef Special – One never knows what our amazing Chef will come up with, but guaranteed, it will be delicious. Some favorites include Fish & Chips, Chicken Marsala, Meatloaf, Chicken Fried Chicken Cutlet, Smoked Pork Loin with Apple Maple Chutney and a German Sausage Plate to name just a few! WEDNESDAYS & SATURDAYS:
Smoked St. Louis Cut Pork Ribs – Brined in apple juice, dry rubbed, sloooooow smoked and glazed in honey before coming off the smoker. We’re proud of our ribs, so we don’t hide our meat in sauce. BUT, for those interested, we do offer 4 homemade sauces on the side if you are interested.
Honey Glazed Chicken Thighs – Now, this isn’t your everyday kind of chicken thigh. Rather, we brine it in orange juice, cover it in our special rub, sloooooow smoke, baste in homemade BBQ Sauce and glaze in honey just before out of the smoker. Yum!
Santa Maria Tri-tip hot off the grill – Marinated in gluten free soy sauce, lemon pepper and garlic, then cooked to mouthwatering perfection over open oak wood flame.
